She has designed and led innovative mentoring and community programmes for major multinationals, and previously served as the first Director of The Early Careers Foundation, growing it into a national charity that has supported over 2,000 young people.
Dan founded The Ladder Group to tackle barriers in hiring and workplace equity, growing it into a global organisation advancing social mobility through tailored solutions. He launched Ladder Consulting in 2023 in response to client demand for expertise in workplace equity and community impact, drawing on his experience designing early careers and inclusion strategies for leading global firms.
Kath is a senior HR leader and executive coach with global experience across media, finance, and professional services. As Chief People Officer at WPP, she oversaw people strategy for 7,000+ employees across 35 businesses. At Ladder Consulting, she provides strategic oversight and guidance on people transformation, talent, and inclusion.
Amity leads workplace equity projects at Ladder Consulting, supporting clients to improve inclusion, culture, and progression. She has managed senior talent and organisational change programmes across sectors, with a background in executive search, research design, and stakeholder engagement at board and C-suite level.
Robyn leads training workshops for Ladder Consulting clients and supports the design and delivery of community engagement projects. She has a background in research, evaluation, and lead national social mobility research and policy work. Robyn also brings several years of experience in education, where she managed programmes to foster active citizenship and inclusion.
